Due to the personalized nature of our custom DTF transfers, we offer reprints or refunds only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 14 days of delivery. We ensure every sheet meets our high-quality standards before it leaves our facility to guarantee your fashion projects are seamless.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Transfers

  Upon arrival, carefully examine your DTF sheets for any printing errors, color inconsistencies, or physical damage incurred during transit.

  Document the Issue

  Take clear, high-resolution photos of the defective transfers and the original packaging to help our team verify the claim.

  Submit a Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the photos; we will review your request and provide a resolution within 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Receive Reprint or Credit

  Once approved, we will either expedite a reprint of your custom designs at no extra cost or issue a full credit to your original payment method.
